Our student co-op program is essential to the growth and future of our company. It aims to help high-potential civil engineering candidates secure full-time positions after graduation. We offer students valuable hands-on experience, allowing them to apply their knowledge to real-world problem-solving scenarios. This program provides a clear pathway for engineering students to gain significant work experience. Our collaboration with local universities and colleges, including BCIT, UBC, the University of Victoria, and Camosun College, creates numerous opportunities to blend academic learning with paid work experience. We understand that this experience motivates students to continue their education and successfully complete their academic programs. Over the past decade, our group has been proud to provide placements for many students.
